（1)自動(dòng)輥環(huán)磨床 1套 磨床擬采用成形磨削，所需磨削的工件為碳化鎢輥環(huán)；磨削輥環(huán)直徑范圍：140mm～250mm；

設(shè)備應(yīng)具備以下功能：a.進(jìn)行輥環(huán)的外圓和孔型的磨削加工，可實(shí)現(xiàn)成形磨削功能；b.實(shí)現(xiàn)工件在線自動(dòng)測量功能；C.實(shí)現(xiàn)工件自動(dòng)夾緊功能 ；

（2）自動(dòng)砂輪修整機(jī) 1套 砂輪修整機(jī)所需磨削修整的工件為金剛石砂輪；

砂輪修整機(jī)基本配置要求如下：a.集成攝像頭和成像系統(tǒng)；b.系統(tǒng)支持 DWG/DXF 文件處理；c.設(shè)備自帶除塵過濾系統(tǒng)；

待修整的工件為金剛石砂輪，砂輪直徑160～350mm，工件砂輪最大厚度50mm；砂輪片修磨半徑Max=30mm。

(1）The Bidder must be incorporated according to law inside or outside the territory of the People’s Republic of China, with the registered capital of the legal person not less than USD 3.00 million or equivalent amount in RMB (Converted at the exchange rate on the bid opening date).

（2）Since January 1, 2015, the Bidder shall have the performance in supply of the high-speed rod and wire roller ring grinding machine.

（3）Agent bidding is not acceptable for this project.

（4）Due to the complexity and the high technical requirements of the Project, any Bidder desiring to participate in the Project shall contact the Tenderer for technical exchanges before the bid opening and sign the technical appendix before the bid opening date. The bid submitted by the Bidder who fails to sign the technical appendix will be rejected. The technical appendix must be signed under the organization by the Tenderer.
