所有提交的資格預(yù)審材料均需加蓋潛在投標人公章,所有證書類文件提供掃描件且必須在有效期內(nèi)。資格預(yù)審審查辦法采用合格制，凡按照本投標邀請書第三條所要求并完整提供資格預(yù)審材料的****小組審核后均可通過資格預(yù)審。未通過資格預(yù)審的申請人不具有投標資格。
